Send a correction, a source, or a question

Write to [email protected]. The most useful messages come with a link: the vendor page where a price moved, the study we misquoted, the FDA record we missed. Sourced corrections are our favourite mail and get handled first.

Two things this inbox cannot do. It cannot give medical advice — nobody here is qualified to interpret your scalp, your bloodwork or your medication list, and we will say so rather than guess. And it cannot connect you with a clinic: we have no provider list to share. For both, the right address is a doctor or a board-certified dermatologist.

Vendors and PR: pitches are read but rarely answered. If your device belongs on the laser cap page, its 510(k) record and store page will make that case on their own.
